You should all play and download it! It's filled with sarcasm, humor, bikefights, A BURNING DESTRUCTION DERBY STADION!!!! and most of all: a VERY decent story!

No really, whenever someone brings it up it just makes me want top play again, that reminds me, I should probably test it out on Vista with dosbox.

The whole 'abandonware isn't illegal' concept is all smoke and mirrors for warez excuses. Being a popular Lucasarts franchise I doubt it will even stray into that category.

until gametap puts it on but that is even highly unlikely

Not even a classical point and click game and arguably the worst in the monkey island series. Also inferior to Grim fandango, Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max, etc. Full throttle was quite awesome.
