TFC 1.5 could be back in action

Check this out!

I was looking for tfc 1.5 server i didn't find much but i did find somthign rather interesting. Various lists of "won2" master servers so i put together this zip file to make things easier on people who would liek to play 1.5 again.

It replaces the won master server list with a list of a bunch of master servers i found by searching on google lol. simple download this and follow the directions and your server and client will work again for 1.5 and will update with these master servers, so other people with these master server listed may connect.

EDIT: there are some more 1.5 servers you can see if you update your HL from 1.1.1.0 to 1.1.1.1 http://www.steamlessproject.nl/hl1111.php

I posted this in hopes of getting more tfc 1.5 servers to replace their woncomm.lst with some of the "won2" master servers and get rid of that lame patch that stops your server from master server authing. This way we can all see servers under internet games again!!!

(this is compatible with anything that uses pre steam HL)

may i suggest a mod delete this post before Valve shuts you down?

it's not me it's www.steamlessproject.nl and i am prettyer sure it's doesn't violate anyting all it is is changing the master servers that used to exsist to new master servers that steamlessproject.nl has created.

Even if it isn't you, you're still providing the links. I think that the project is illegal, but I'm not one of those people that actually read the EULA's and whatnot.

blizzard took legal action against a group that made the frozen throne beta an open beta test on their own servers.

This doesn't violate anything. You are playing a game you payed for. As far as I know there is nothing written that says "You have to upgrade or we are taking you to court". Valve had their WON servers shut down. What is the problem in running your own? Not to mention the fact it is for a game that Valve itself cares nothing about.
