Copyright is everything shown and own the web host/server. Including images, content, or anything else that is being displayed on that website. He owns the content, and that's it.

He could have been mature about it and added Designed By:NKDeus.com

Give respect where it's due, i don't care if it's a German Designer and a German CMS.

I love how you jump to the conclusion that this was an attack on GF, when it was not. Has nothing to do with being in GF at all. If Squeek, Illo(yes even my own clan mate), or any other member posted a site which had been stole, then claimed as there own I would have called them out.

The correct thing would have been added; Powered by Nuke-Klan and Designed By : NKDeus.com, and this topic would be back on topic within one single post.

Thing is, the website is not stolen. You do know that you can buy templates, right? It is our website, we do claim it belongs to ours. We did not design the website, are you not getting this clear through your head?

Show me where I said it was "Stolen". I said you claimed it as your own, and did not give credit. That is different then stealing.

I knew from the site, that is was Deus, not from the source. God, he has to stop using tables and frames, ugh.
You basically claimed it as your own. Nothing personal, but as a fellow web designer/developer, it irks me.

You need to go back to English 1 and relearn how to read.

Without Permission from the designer, you must including his name and same goes for Nuke-Klan. I guess you didn't get that through your thick head.

I hate to butt in after a locked post but this is the problem, no where do you state you didn't design it, yet claim by proxy you have with the footer.

Give credit where credit is due, I'd imagine even if you bought the template there is still a requirement to state who created it as per 99% of all the other templates on the web.

It's whats called being nice and polite.
