How's life for a game developer...
I have been thinking about this question for sometime, and it would be nice if some ppl from the FF developing team could answear.
What does life look for a gamedevloper, well i know some has it as a 9-5 job,but you guys are doing this in your sparetime. When i did my TFC replica serie alot of ppl said i had to much time on my hands, but i woulden even come close with my spending off sparetime,to the days, weeks and months you have put into this. So hows life on your side? family, job, friends, party and stuff, how do you get everything balanced or maybe you dont. Btw thanks for the time you have put into this project, cuz i know that sparetime isent free, you have to pay for it someway, maybe not now but later. |

the most impressive part is the way you guys ignore the dickhead comments about the most stupidest of things in regards to updates/how you are going about the mod/lack of beta tests etc

The life of a game developer... oh boooy.
Game development is arguably one of the hardest jobs when it comes to programming. It's stressful too. Give your local game programmer or developer a hug today, along with Bawls so they can stay up late at night fixing horrendous bugs like the hat bug that mirvin showed us. |

Thats more down to the arsehole bosses if you ask me. There is one thing having dedication to the profession, there is another thing where it is expected that you work overtime all the time for a game.

I'm studying for, and plan someday to be a game developer.
If someone happens to want to pay me for it, I won't complain :P I can just imagine those watercooler moments already. |
