Nice? He was the one asking if HL2 used HTML.

If he was serious? Yes. If it was a joke? Well, it's kinda funny, but not really.

What makes you think the position is filled? It was never on the job openings page in the first place if that was what you are looking at.

I though it was on the Job opening page. I didn't see anything for coder so I assume it was filled

So if you've got experience with the HL2/HL SDK and think you could contribute send us an email at the email posted on the website I referenced above. You need to include samples of stuff we can check out and list all previous experience that would be relevant to game/hl2 coding.

The main duties as of now are fixing bugs. The latest build is quite stable [rarely crashes] but there are still a lot of rough areas (ie. bugs) to patch up before continuing on with new stuff.

So, if you want to be apart of the team you should know what to do by now through my rambling. Good luck.

You got GMail.

I'm not sure what's so wow about it. The vast majority of FF team members and applicants have all been sourced form the TFC community. The majority of experienced modders tend to express little interest in working on anything that's not 100% fresh unless it's very interesting to them.

Not at all, there are many more things that I can do but I listed it there if they ever needed something in those categories related to programming.
