PS3 HDD????

Could someone smarter then me plz tell me if there is an app or someway to get data off of a PS3 HDD?. I have the HD only and its packed full of MP3s that I want on my PC. Its not a simple thing if possible at all, maybe one of you wiz kids know how...plz help Ron

yea I have seen that post before,very confusing,thing is I sold the 360 with a spare HD I had keeping the one out of the PS3. I dont think the end result is being able to put data on the PC with this method.
