League - New Division Structure

Hiiii everyboooody,

My apologies for the trouble, but due to the disbandment of RAK and PWN, we'll be splitting Gold division early in preparation for Week 13. Luckily, everyone's favourite spy DraKoNaL has formed a new team (Oh SnaP!) which will debut in Silver Week 14!

The reformed divisions are as follows:

Platinum
BIG
Clermont
givashit
^HeLL

Silver
BFT
DET-
Diverse
Oh SnaP!
paPOW!

Despite having a 3+ winning streak, I had decided to forgo having a Silver title match for BFT in order to more quickly fill out Gold to 4 teams. However, since BFT is moving back to Silver, I think they deserve that shot at the title. Since there is no current title holder, as the next-highest ranked on the ladder, paPOW! will act as the "challenger".
