The longer we wait to put this mod on Greenlight, the less our chance to actually get it on there. Now is a good time because Greenlight is still fairly new. I know this mod has some updating that needs to be done as well and I know we all want it to be in pristine condition, but this is a solid, damn good mod that deserves to have Steam support.

Either hurry up and update FF or hurry up and apply for Greenlight. If the new FF update is still majorly under construction, then I suggest the latter.

I'm not sure what being approved by Greenlight would actually do for us. I can't find anywhere that it says you get Steamworks access, which is the only thing we'd actually want. We already have a Steam store listing, which as far as I can tell, is what this thing gets you (interestingly, Neotokyo doesn't, so maybe they need to go through this process to get one while we went through an entirely different process to get ours).

Might not hurt to submit ourselves, but that takes effort.

Also, there is a required checkbox on the submission page stating "I have the rights to sell this game" which is simply not true for mods.

No, it's not true regardless of whether or not we actually will sell it for money. We do not have the rights to sell this game. Period.
