100% CPU on HD Play Steaming Video

I have been able to play stutter free 720p videos on Youtube just fine until the last month. Struggles to play them; out of sync/stutters.

Oddly I can play 720p and some 1080p mkvs in MPC-HC fine.

-Happens in all browers: Chrome, Opera and FF.
-I have scanned and cleaned comp: Ad-Aware, SuperAntiSpyware, MSE, CCleanerm, Malwarebytes, Spybot.
-Before playing video: CPU Usage 8% Physical Mem 43%.
-After CPU 100% Mem 45%

Worth a shot asking before I take the easy route and format.

There was a recent flash update... Maybe that broke it?
What's your processor?

C2D 2.4GHz
3GB RAM
7600GT Nvidia

Yes, prehaps. Just reinstalled over 10.1 Flash. Still crappy.

EDIT: I'll try and find an older version and let you know how it goes.

Has to be flash related because I downloaed mp4 1080p of this and can play it fine in MPC-HC.
