[solved] home remedies of disc repair?
Ok, so my friend got the hell scratched out of a Gears of War game a while ago. And it didnt work anymore, so he just bought a new one and gave me the old one.
So i tried toothpaste on it and it didnt work. Any other ways you guys think i might b able to fix some of the scratches? Or ideas on where to buy a disc repair kit and how much? And would it b worth it?

Are these deep 'cuts' into the disk? Or simply lots of fine scratches and fingerprints etc?

theres a buch of light scratches over the whole thing, and then there looks to be a sort of right of a light but wide scratch going around the whole thing as if it were scratched by the player

Hmm, I guess you could try one of those 20-30 dollar disk grinders, but if the scratch is really deep you might be screwed, only way to fix that is to punch your friend in the kidneys for being so reckless with his discs.

Might be worth a try, 7 bucks for GoW is better than 50.

Semen might work. Or maybe you will just realize that "Juicing" your Gears of War CD to make it work makes you feel cheap....................
