Higher mouse sensitivity?
Windows mouse setting is all the way up and I have mouse sensitivity maxed out in every game I play and it is still too slow for me. Anybody know how to make it even faster?

Buy a new mouse. You don't need to splash out either.
Cranking the sens to max in games forces the mouse to be more sensitive than it can actually cope with. |

Logitech MX-518
I boost it's DPI to 1600 and then set my in-game sensitivity to the lowest and it still flies as fast as anything else I've ever used... |

I have that mouse. Good mouse. But it has a high arch and my hand slips down it and I have to slide my palm back up and grip it, aches. I don't feel I have full control like other standard smaller mice. Maybe because I have small hands.
Your mouse must be terrible If you're maxing settings and still not comfortable with it. |

Yeah uhm, mouse is the issue
When I first got my computer and played CS all the time, I used to play with 100+ sensitivity. And then I would crank it up even higher evertime I started sucking, somehow it made me play better. Friends called me a freak. xD Well, I still use higher sensitivity than them.. when I get toooooooo but yeah whatever. Btw, BTBTWBTBTWAWW WHY AM I FEeelign so hyper? Trackballs are very accurate if you're used to it. Bit rare nowadays though. Last edited by there's nothing here; 07-08-2007 at 05:21 AM. |

I'll jump on the higher DPI mouse bandwagon.
When I got this flipping Razer mouse I didn't know how the hell to deal with the sens until I wrangled it real good. People hate using my PC now :/ |

I eventually want to get it to the point that the untrained eye does not see my hand moving at all, yet my screen in TFC is spinning around wildly hitting airshots with rockets and cbarring poor snipers on the decks. :3
