MD5 Hash
I'm creating an HTML file with images that I am going to put in a .zip file and distribute it over the Internet.
I was researching on MD5 hashes and how they can be used to confirm a file has not been altered in transit or that you are downloading a file with the contents changed. So I have this .zip file on my desktop and I would like to generate a MD5 hash for it. The file is about 4MB in size. I've been looking for editors but I haven't been able to find any except for a command line one from SourceForge that explains things really poorly. So can you guys help me please? kthx.

Welp, I found one thanks to [AE] 420. Thanks dood!
http://www.febooti.com/products/file...c/online-help/ Integrates hash checking into the Windows shell. Just right click and hit Properties on a file. Awesome!

It's bitchin', it integrates itself into the Windows shell, so you just right click properties on something and it tells you the MD5 hash along with a bunch of other algorhythms. It owns.
