A MEN ONLY question.
For some reason I can't shave close enough with my Gillette 3 blade shaver and BRUT shaving cream. I hate always having this moustache shadow. All I get is the blades dragging on my face (so I get micro skin peeling) and irritation. It looks horrible.
Any ideas as to how I can get a closer shave? Note: The razor is pretty new, that isn't the culprit. |

Pretty much Lazer hair removal surgery>waxing>shaving with any type of products.
Be a man and lazer up that bush into a nazi symbol. |

Other than going against the grain or waxing there really isn't.
I shave both my head and face and have a thick beard. The routine I follow is A: Splash face and head with letric shave or equivalent. B: Put on shaving cream. C: Use brand new blade on Gillette fusion power. D: Shave. Because I need a brand new blade I shave every few days and just deal with the stubble. I grow a noticeably thicker beard in a few hours from shaving originally accept on my head which doesn't really grow at all (hence the head shaving). Caution when going against the grain though, when doing it on your face it can be very painful. it increases the chances of break outs (in relation to pimples) and in-grown hairs. This is why I just deal with the stubble. I'd rather have rough skin than a hair that stitches my cheek to my tongue. |

OR you could use tweezers on your whole face? That would keep it smooth for two to three days.
(Haven't tried doing my whole face but I do use tweezers for my eyebrows to get rid of those stray eyebrow hairs and yes I am man enough to admit to what I just said.) =) |

I use a mach3 sometimes in the shower with Barbasol if I've let my beard go a few days but it does not shave as close as my Panasonic Titanium foil razor.

Get a 1960s Gillet double edged razor (or a Merkur), a brush, shaving soap and learn to wetshave. Let me get a link or two... The Perfect Shave Here is a really good shaving site: Badger and Blade I got one of these off ebay for about $25. The Merkur Heavy Classic is considered a very good razor. I have never managed to cut or nick myself while shaving. Nor have I ever developed a rash.
I wanna try using a razor blade, now, uBeR. Wish me luck. :X edit: one of these: |

Lulz+much bleeding ensued. Still only use water. Or soap, or some sorta lotion. If I can find a straight razor.. I'll try it someday. >_> |

Hey I'm sorry to off track/hijack your thread, but just for one question I figured here would be the best place to ask.
Has anyone ever heard of a cologne called Havok? I can't find it anywhere. Its like it disappeared. (the k is part of the name) |
