Apparently, the sniper charge is removed unless I read it wrong.

I've read that the way it works now is that the longer you hold down the button, the steadier the shot is. You can kinda see this in the second video since the sniper does raise the rifle to his eye before taking out the HW.

Seems TF2 is nowhere near being closed to finished. Those clever people at Valve just amde a video and one map to make it seem like it was nearing completion.
