Stiffy Formerly of [DAMN] decided he could do it better himself and parted taking along some members. Actually bout the same deal as what happened to {DBD} so... totally makes me Cobra ya? So awesome, chance to roll round with a teenie bopper angst against everyone and everything colored living come on how many chances you get at this

DAMN isnt dead, just down a few members, but that doesnt mean we can't get more people.

Well Stryder it's great you have taken this to the forums! Woohoo! First off I didn't "take" ANY members. Anybody who came with us FELT THE SAME WAY AS I DID ABOUT THE SITUATION and wanted to come and were all for this. Reaper did you just decide to go back to DAMN because you didn't get into eO? or what about the goodfellas tryout you were gonna do lol? I never said [DAMN] was dead I simply said most of the members from [DAMN] formed a new clan because of numerous reasons(that everybody involved saw+others that weren't even in the clan) but it's nothing that has to be brought here. Reaper and Stryder you both say "DAMN isn't dead" and your right it isn't but how do you plan on getting new members when you both don't show up or around sometimes for days at a time? Stryder your a cool guy, but simply we didn't see eye to eye on barely anything at all and when it comes down to it it's almost impossible to have a clan that has 2 leaders that want to do things completely different from one another and thats why I left. I wish the best of luck to you guys Stryder and I'm sorry that things didnt go the way we thought they would and just for the record I'm not nor did I "take" any members from [DAMN] they all wanted out and to do what we did and if they didn't/don't then they would/will still be in [DAMN] just like Reaper.

Yea, i didnt get into eO, nor did i decide to follow through in asking to tryout for goodfellas.
You see, the thing is, i decided to stick with stryder because hes down to earth, and doesnt have these false notions about how you have to make every clan practice to be good, no flame intended.
I have a life now, he has one, most people do. You have to understand that people's lives come first, wether your practices are 'mandatory' or not. Im not gonna blow off a group of friends who want to go partying to sit on my ass all night when i could be having an even better time socializing. Im not gonna blow off a date with my gf and sit on this comp all night when i could be spending it with my girl.
The thing is stiffy, is that stryder understands this.
And please, im in no way meaning to flame.
But you see, when i decided not to follow with you to [e.], you IMMEDIATLY starting flaming me, and that just goes to show what kind of person you are.
I do, in all honesty, wish the best of luckj to [e.], and no, im not trolling, or or being sarcastic, im serious.
And please stiffy, act your age. Im 17 and showing more maturity in this than you.
Oh and btw, you werent there in the eO tryout, you dont know what was said during, and even after it, so yea, just because i didnt make the clan, doesnt mean i did horrible.

Oh, and doom, i think the reason that stryder posted this thread was not to show that he cared, but to show what kind of person stiffy is.

And stiffy, when you dont see eye to eye, you compromise, you work things out, its what works in any relationship, as it does in being the co-leader for a clan.
If you cant work with communication skills in working with someone else to acheive the same goal, then you need to start trying.
There will always be conflicts, and there will always be agreements, but its up to you which you want to happen more.
