Hi folks, i am an old argentinian player from TFC, i want to buy this game but i just can't buy FF on steam, it says is a mod. Just with downloading a cheap hl2 game (such as hl2 deathmatch u$s5) i am allowed to download FF for free?

I don't know if its the right forum to ask but i hope you can help me
