AC exhausting into screened in porch

Just wondering if any one would know if there are any problems with a 12,000 BTU window air conditioner being put in a windows thats in an a screened in porch? Personally I don't think there is any problems because its going to get as much wind there as it would in another window.

I was told that it will make the motor work harder though I don't see how.

Because the area is enclosed by a mesh, there will be more resistance.

They aren't terribly efficient in the first place but I don't really think it will matter that much. The airflow will be a little less but you won't have the sun beating down on the unit, which will allow it to keep somewhat cooler. Shit, the air is so still and nasty here in Oklahoma throughout the summer that the hot air from the AC exhaust isn't much worse than the steamy air on the ground.

Dirt is a bigger enemy, and with it covered, it'll help keep stuff out of it.
