hl2 textures in hl2

is there a way to get teh hl1 textures in the hl2 texture file? id reallyl ike to use them. i have gfc scape just incase you need this to retreive the textures.

HL1 textures are extremely low-res and will look like ass next to a regular HL2 texture :\

I do not think that was what he was asking...

Any ways, didnt they make a HL:S? So Im just guessing, because I dont have it, but wouldnt that have all the textures already converted over to HL2 texture format? Obviously you would need to have bought the package that includes HL:S to use them.

sorry lol

what i ment was "how do i get the hl1 textures in the hl2 texture directory for use on ff maps" but now i see that they would look really bad compared to the hl2 textures. Anyone know where i can get HL2 textures. please if you are going to post sites please dont post sites that are of UNREAL textures or quake because i dont know how to convert them to hl2. thx
