Hammer problem

When I load up Hammer, and then load up any kind of map, the color quality changes to 8-bit (go to the Display part of Control Panel to see what I mean) and then just exits out of SDK.

Bumpage.

I've found out that it only happens when I open something, not when I create a New thing.

Happens always when opening any file? Or only when opening up a certain file?

If it's only one maybe it's corrupted or something, dunno. Tried looking in Steam Support or any map creation community?
