Will you have any sort of contest when the game is released to public?some contest to celebrate the great Fortress game on HL2 engine goes public.
If so i was thinking of donating the official steel logo as a price to that contest.
If you guys have some ideas for a nice contest with fortress spirit in mind just post it...

Sorry but this looks like a bad idea,havent got any good reps on the contest idea from members or dev team,so im gonna scrap both the contest idea and the logo.

Yeah, give it more than one day for people to think about this.

i think the contest should revolve around something you have to do ingame, then post a .dem of it on the forums.

I can't think of a specific idea right now but I'm sure some good ones will pop up eventually.

How about the dev team take 20 or so obscure screen shots of places within FF maps and then the first person to successfully identify all the locations wins the prize?

Or alternatively, some sort of amusing screenshot and caption competition with the winner voted for by the community!

Any contest should either be a basic tornument which players would enter via message boards or e-mail first.

Or just fininding an easter egg, or series of easter eggs in each level. Perhaps finding 10 small metallic TF logos which are hidden in all of the originally released levels. First to find 10 in each one gets that prize. Question being, there would need to be an active update so that we actualy know who finds them and who photoshoped a few screenies.
