Suggestions to reduce crashes?

Unfortunately, in source games I suffer often from the merciless and bloodthirsty crash. Any suggestions (besides lowering settings) to try and cut down on this?

I experience the same thing, best for now is possibly to upload the crash dump files (MDMP-files in \your@email\source sdk base\) and report in the Crashing? Post a link to your mdump file here–thread.

Yeah, delete your post and put it in the FF Technical Support forum, and I'm sure you'll get a lot more positive responses! =) And I'm not sure if the team could do anything for you, just might have to wait for a more stable build.
