Voice Chat Config Issues.

I'm having difficulty making the voice settings stick. When I make adjustments and hit apply, the sliders go back to max. As a result, my in-game voice is far too loud and annoying (just like me). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

use the console commands for volume and put em in you autoexec.cfg
