Some FF servers unreachable

I recently installed FF from Steam 2.5.0 and have played it frequently over the past few weeks. However, I've noticed not all the servers others sometimes play on are listed in the browser, and every time I've attempted to join a pickup so far I have been unable to find the hosting server or connect to it directly in FF.

This morning, a pickup was being organized to host on guild hell, and I saw this in my server list after a few hours of pubbing on Platinum Elite | Vilayer.com server:

Spoon was kind enough to provide the server information before I joined the pickup so I didn't slow everyone down if it didn't work, and I got this error when trying to connect directly:

I have had this problem before, and have been unable to view server info with friends on steam who are playing in a pickup.

I'm on a Windows 7 PC with no firewall enabled and don't have any other network/internet connection abnormalities than this.

What might I be doing wrong?

Thanks for the help.

Not sure if this is a server issue or a client side issue, but Snatch's server wasn't showing up in the Steam public list because the region wasn't set in the server.cfg. Not sure if this is causing the issue or not.
