Is the Opposing Force "We're not alone" glitch a new development?

It doesn't really matter, because it was absurdly easy to fix, but just wonderin'.

I haven't played OpForce for a while... so I'm not sure what you are refering to. However, I am annoyed that you can't play that game in Offline mode.

Basically there's a button at the beginning of chapter 6 that you have to press, but when you press it the game crashes. All the posts on the steam forum are from December, which seems kind of odd for such an old game. Supposedly some patch for multiplayer screwed it up. Luckily, it's easily fixed.

Oooh, how do you fix it. I ran into that awhile ago and then was too lazy to google it.

I find it odd how Valve releases an update that breaks the game in the chapter called "We're not alone". However, everyone who plays it is alone as Valve has yet to release a fix for it. Essentially, they are alone.

Conspiracy theorist, go.
