Freeze all transforms, freeze model (assuming you use XSI.. it's probably called something else in other packages).

Did you edit joints on an already existing model? That's what it looks like to me.

the freeze worked i think. Anytime i try to compile a animated model, its usually messed up somehow. Upsidedown and what now. I think everything in source is really bugged on vista tbh. Half the time i cant decompile models correctly

If you are using decompiled .smd's, make sure to always put "snap rotate -90" on all animation calls so they aren't sideways in-game.
