Indeed. Sheogorath has been my Daedric Prince of choice since 1996.

Yeah, don't get WoW. I tried it for a day and like Circ, uninstalled it.
I recommend Guild Wars. I've been having a lot of fun with it.

I know I'll probably be hated for this, but I'm really enjoying it so far. It seems to be a great mix of a standard JRPG and a real-time fighting game. Played for a couple hours last night and got up to being on the fringe of level 7 and put it down. It's not crazy addictive but it's most certainly fun! I'm starting to wonder when I won't be able to play solo anymore as a priest though...

As long as you go Shadow, You won't have that kind of problem :P.
( at level 10 you'll get talent trees and you'll be able to specialize in something. )
Sure, you can level as Holy, but that's only if you like taking 20 hours to level

shadow priest is in the top 5 for fastest solo grinding, just stack spirit then +spell damage.

then again, I couldn't play priest at all after hitting 70. too boring. the person who takes care of forum class suggestions for priest is totally incompetent, so the class hardly ever receives proper buffs/nerfs. but I guess wow isn't too bad till you hit 70 or 60 or so.

Yeah, but I like to activity of a healer. It's much more entertaining than just killing stuff. You're in constant motion and it's hardly dull. It seems, in WoW, that if I were to be a warrior I could (theoretically) right click an enemy and walk away. I'd rather be the one in the back keeping them alive. Just seems more interactive to me I guess.

No, people hate WoW because, like Halo, it's a mediocre game that gets way too much hype.

Well, you can button smash your way to 70 but every class needs a certain amount of effort to really master. Healers are all about timing :P. Warriors that are tanking have to keep the aggro ( Person on top of the aggro list will be the one targetted by the monster ) above 24 other people attacking at the same time ( or 4 in simple instances. :P ). Anyways, if you need any advice just tell me , i played the game too damn long and i practically finished everything in the damn game :P

When I bought Diablo 2 Battle Chest again, I opened it up and saw something that burned my eyes-"2 Week free trial of WoW" case. Ah, so I grabbed it, went outside and threw it as far as I can, like a boomerang, except, IT DID NOT COME BACK.

Timing is what I'm working on now with my lower level skills. I can't seem to figure out how the group thing works, so I'm usually solo, which kinda sucks when you go on all those killing missions that aren't very nice to priests.

Suite, how far did your guild get in progression? Our server's behind, we've got guilds on Hyjal and up to Vashj in SSC.

Etzell: WoW has mediocre graphics but fun and enjoyable gameplay. It's fun. Halo is a fucking joke in all aspects of the game from the campaign to the multiplayer to the physics to the gameplay in general.

What I meant by that is that there are MMOs that do everything better than WoW does, like there are shooters that do everything better than Halo does. Yet, somehow, people flock to both and proclaim: "BEST GAME EVER!"

You can just play WoW on a private server... download the trial client from Blizz's website and join up a private server.

It doesn't really fall under the realm of privacy as Blizz literally gives the client away. They make their money from monthly fees.
