Best Space RTS game

Ide like to pick your brain(s) a bit and ask what you think is the best RTS game for you. What you liked about it, what you *didnt like* compared to others, etc.
For example:

I have played Hegemonia : Legions of Iron and its sequel expansion Solon Heritage (Heagmonia)

I liked this one because of how I felt like I was in the same type of environment as the movie "Alien" was. As far as gameplay, it was pretty difficult against the computer even on easy. I liked the graphics also. Playing with a friend was fun but the game was a bit slow moving for me. You could easily spend 8 hours plaing one game.

Homeworld 2
I still havent had much playtime with this but I enjoy it still.

If you have any suggestions for others to try, im all eyes.

Homeworld 2 is good for a while.

The SP missions become very hard after a while though.

Star Trek: Armada was awesome. One of the only RTSs I was any good at (mostly because my friends were in the *UA* clan and told me how to play
