[Request] Jester's Modded RPG Model

I would like Jester's model without the idle animations. Origins set so that it has a more away from the body feel to it and lastly the flickering bug fixed when running low gfx settings.

delivery anytime is fine, if im not home ill be sure to leave a plate of cookies by the door. Just swap em' out and enjoy

Why that over the FF's default. Why would you want something pre Source use on the Source engine? Doesn't make sense. I am Ugliphobic when it comes to customs.

Please tell me.

You want what was the drawback in TFC. Yes, a drawback. Why do you think people made FOV 120 friendly models?

When I first upped my FOV in FF I said to myself "Hey that's good. Don't have that ugly gap like in TFC. And the weapon doesn't become further in the way the more you increase FOV."

Yes, at first it does feel as someone put "like it's poking your nostril" but that's because you're used to TFC I am sure.

You are no even trying to adapt to the differences between the two games are you.

If you have such an issue with them hide them!
Code:
r_drawviewmodel "0"
Instead of being an awkward game uglifying bastard.

I used to use the command in TFC for a bit but the only drawback was I'd easily forget what weapon I'd have out. Don't have that problem in FF because your current wep is displayed on the lovely HUD.

incorrect. To improve badassery, though I'd recommend the following.

He's not talkin about the twitch. I fixed it. Jester would you mind if i released a model pack w/ your classic RPG in it? Credit to you for the model of course :] Everything will be re-origined to look more like tfc 120. And some animations will be removed.

I fixed it to what StrYdeR wanted. He was askin for no animations @ all. Just an idle rpg, w/ tfc 120 like origin.

And this game is based on Team Fortress Classic, and as such, people like their likes and dislikes to carry over. TFC was/is all about customizations. Some people liked all default, some people had everything customized down to shotty shells. It's a matter of preference, complaining about the fact people like customs in FF as they did in TFC, without your opinion on just how hideous a model is (remember all the toon shit in tfc?) is, well, stupid.

It irks me when people try to say (or insinuate) FF is some highly original idea. What it is, is the closest we'll get to a straight rip of TFC to source by Valve. It was made with as few differences as possible. Sure, there are some, but the game is meant to be as close to TFC as possible an entirely different game engine.

Download the following and place them in your fortressforever/materials/models/weapons/rpg folder. Back up your originals just in case.

http://members.cox.net/fishburger/v_rpg.vtf Firstperson viewmodel. see it in your arms. Hold it close and don't ever let go.
http://members.cox.net/fishburger/w_rpg.vtf World model. see it when others use it.
