A quick Question about sv_cheats 1

Is there a way to enable it on the server without everybody seeing it and just for me maybe?

I need to know for a mate of mine who is doing a research thing for university.

NOT FOR MY OWN PERSONAL GAIN OR USAGE.

I'd be happy to pass this information on to your mate and his teacher who assigned the project at the University, what school (website please), what's your "mate's" name, what's the teachers name (I'll find their phone number from the unversity directory)? I'd be interested in helping with his and his teacher's research.

Don't get me wrong... I've done HL2 server stuff for college work. However, explain how he's "researching" dedicated server? Also note, there are many way of doing similar effect that anyone with server admin EXP would know how to do.

I remember way back when, being on a server where their admin system did that. I juts bound a key to noclip, and when it switched, spam it.
