i've said this before but FF devs, when you're short on staff in some department make NEWSPOSTS about it.. (the job openings link, dev journals and forum posts is not enough) this way when people visit the site they will immediately see which kind of people they're short of and it will help spread the word

if you had done this over the years i'm certain more things would've gotten done and you'd be in less need of staff

Actually, punctuation goes inside the quotation marks, I've looked it up before.
