Are you a professional? But its ok really - im getting interviews... but its just long:

1. Application Form + CV (includes annoying competency questions like "What should Morgan Stanley do to remain competitive?")

2. Online numeracy test. 75th percentile or something.

3. 1st round interview - interview with HR woman and manager. Followed by 45 minute numeracy/verbal reasoning test.

4. 'Super Saturday' type assesment centres including but not limited to - individual case study, group presentation, technical interview with MD, more tests.

5. Job offer/ rejection!!

So basically uber long

I am a professional of sorts, but probably not of what you are asking. I don't do resume's professionally, but it's more like I know all the ins and outs of creating awe-inspiring resumes that have a uhh... 90%(-ish...15 for 17) success rate for the person I created it for. I have only failed at one Job interview (out of the 5 jobs that I have had in the past 9 years...).

I have written them for my friends and only one was rejected (I used very high-brow wording) citing over-qualifications...
