Dunno in that double scout / AC picture if the scout is firing nails - if he is, I vote for sparkly nails. Not the ones with a massive stream of sparks behind them, just one single spark on the end of them.
For a start they look awesome - plus people can tell when they are being shot at and you can tell where your nails end up. Theres no other projectile in the game that is so invisible. Besides that, ace update. Cant wait to get my hands on this game. |

i finally got round to registering after lurking for a long time.
I actually came when i saw these screens. it looks awesome. i agree with alot that has been said.. especially the sniperlines being too think and visable, but again this has been addressed. how are the dots going to look on the other end? are they gonna still be the massive red marks like in TFC or are they gonna be smaller? also i understand why a video hasnt been released, but i dont see why a video of the conc etc couldnt be even if they are still just betas... im sure everybody here would be more than happy with any footage they could get. but seriously guys... Fucking amazing work. |

The "conc effect" you see is actually the distortion in the world from the conc exploding itself that happens in a few milliseconds, that's not the first person conc effect on the hwguys aim/vision.

Was the red bar on the AC a heat meter?

Very nice update...looks awsome
Hopefully you guys will be able to get your closed beta up and running (actively), and hopefully that goes well so we can see an official release sooner than later I really like the idea with the sniper too, gives them that extra little surprise factor so that they can hang around without the whole server knowing about them. |

The... the... FLAMETHROWER!!!!!
Met my expectations. It would've exceeded if it acted like the one from Aliens. |

wouldnt it make more sense for the conc to explode rather than implode (atleast it appears to in still images)
or even implode a split second before it goes off and explodes |

coz we wanna?? Yeh the bar on the AC is a heat up, takes about 70 rounds fired constantly to overheat. Its something we are going to test to see if it helps stop those pesky HWs who stand there spraying bullets without a care in the world. Reason: also coz we wanna. |

What is with the strange objection with gazelles? It also appears breifly at random in the forums and I’m just lost, I don't understand.
