I feel the same as Eztell. Unplugging Maidens sound about three times during their set - how proffessional.

As smart as Sharon Osbourne is that was a stupid move on her part. Still, the restof the family shouldnt share in the shame, except kelly, she's a manwhore who cant sing.

I have doubts of going to OzzFest
There's just so many metalcore bands. I don't hate metalcore but imo it all sounds the same. Guitar playing is kick ass but when it comes to volcals meh. Roar roar roar roaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr roar roar rooooaaaaarrrrrrrr lol |

Kelly was reportedly in the pit throwing eggs, and Zakk Wylde was doing the chant. The fact that it happened 3 times makes me lose respect for Ozzfest, if those running the show had ANY respect for music, they would've gotten Sharon away from the controls.
Also, I really doubt that it was JUST Sharon in on it... anyone who thinks otherwise might want to re-think. |

Anyways, yeah, that growling shit can get annoying real quick. Sometimes it works, but otherwise, it can get messy. The various styles of growling (my names, probably not theirs!) Dogs Barking: bad Behold, I Am Satan: bad Growling Speech: okay Shouting: okay Used Occasionally Alongside Singing: good 'Course that'd be quite the opposite for some people, I'm sure. Like, the people that do it. I bet they like it. And the people at their concerts probably like it, too. Me? I could live without it.

Prime example!
This is why flat-out arguing about music is pointless. All you can do is say what you do or don't like about something, since it's all a matter of taste. Just saying "well, X sucks" accomplishes nothing.

I just realized i never mentioned Billy Talent, those guys are pretty good if you are in the mood for that kind of music, if you are on the verge of a migrane maybe they arent so good however.

Yeah I hear ya there, I've only got one song by them but it could definitely hurt you if you had a headache. Or weren't half-deaf.

Music is so screw up right now
My school is getting separated into two groups Metalcore and emocore To me it's the same shit. The only difference is that metalcore is more about kicking ass and eating humans, blood, killing people. The roaring shit is deep and more like a bear. Emocore is about life sucking, cutting wrist, wine, wine wine. It also has roaring shit but sounds more like a terodactle you hear in movies. The roar sounds weaker. When you could final understand the lyrics, for emo is some weak as gay voice that sounds like a guy is getting his nuts squish. For metal it's juts some deep as voice. The problem is that they wear clothing that is so damn similar. They are called the scene kids. Tight pants and tight shirts. Size small and all. The only difference is that they wear band shirts from emo to metal. |
