IGN boasting TF2 - Page 4

I thought about it, tried to decide which game will be the best of the two, hoped for FF but with the size of the community (TF2 will almost definatly be bigger by far) I came to this final conclusion. I'll play whichever game plays better.

I'm still trying to figure out how some of you people are drawing conclusions of how TF2 will play just by seeing 1 screenshot of just the classes. At least wait until after the video is released later today.

my prediction is that TF2 will be the cesspool of the TF playerbase, while the FF playerbase will take the game a little more seriously. this is surely a good thing if it turns out true?

what i mean is, if TF2 had never popped up, FF wouldn't have received half the publicity it has now, or if it became a huge success, it might have eventually gone the way CS did.

it's unfortunate how some people are picking sides between TF2 and FF and refusing to show any sort of support for the other. as if having the choice to play two potentially awesome games is a bad thing. the more fortress-style games and the less CS clones, the better. i can't see either team making a bad game here with all the time, creativity and pure talent going into each game. both should be quite awesome.
