Funny how they call it a fairy-tale, last I checked Evolutionary theory wasn't the one proclaiming the existence of mystical creatures and powers.

Both, but I think most of them are modified E-350s, making them Fords.

The rest are typically GMCs, which pretty much falls under Chevy's domain.

This represents typical ambulances within the US, though. Really you could use just about anything.

Right. My favorites are the huge box type though. Not too fond of the van.
