I just got back from what I believe was the most epic concert ever.

Started with the Makepeace Brothers, but they only played like 3 songs, turned into a massive Bushwalla set followed by 2 hours of Jason Mraz. Mindblowing. Youtube 'em all.

So, the Iced Earth show was fucking incredible. Matt Barlow sounds better than ever, and the amount of energy he put into his performance was insane.

On a side note, the flobots are from Denver. I listened to them before they got a ton of exposure. Still a great band even after they have gotten so big.

WOOOT!!! Black Mages III came in the mail today. I'm listening to it for the first time right now.

Looks like the second to last song on the CD is Darkness and Starlight from FF VI, which I assume is Area de Mezzo Caraterre, and it's more than 15 minutes long. If that song doesn't bring me to tears I'm going to be disappointed.

Edit: The person singing Maria's part was just dreadful. Vibrato can kiss my ass.
