i agree -- i'll try to find a suitable replacement.

definitely not going to do that, as the elevators make available a lot of nifty concs while at the same time allowing the defense to actually kill people as they come up (unlike the air vents which generally mess up rocket trajectory, etc). plus, i think everyone should simply deny the existence of 2mesa4.

i actually disagree, i like how it looks... the bigger question is, when did lights become waterproof?
Lights have been able to be underwater for... years. All it takes is something over the bulb itself, which there is, or at least appears to be, in the screenshot.

Looks fantastic, fair play to you on the effort. 1 thing would be amazing, well its only a little thing.

You know in the fr, the big window, it would be great if you could get like a rain effect outside of that. Would be extremely atmospheric and something to watch if your FL def owns up.

I like brushwork there

Textures need more work, but I think they are just placeholders

shrug. i know there CAN be underwater lights, but I didn't think something like an overhead fixture like that white bulbous thing could be underwater. it'
s like something you'd see in the ceiling of houses. regardless, having a conversation about the symantics of electricity is stupid :P

last night I basically finished the entire facade of the base, and I like how it turned out although the texturing is irking me right now. expect some screenshots of the yard within 2 weeks.

i'm not sure whether its the rock texture or the sky that makes it so. one of them needs to go, though

If the blue lights were more ambient it'd work better, I think. As it is now they're just big sharp balls of blue light, it's sort of weird.

The lights in the flag room and battlements are just not working for me. Take off the flare or light the area around it. Somethings just not adding up 0_o
