I think its funny that an area like that gets 205 fps and that tsgk killbox map gets around 50. I know that its different computers/vid cards, but its still amazing that a box has lower fps than all that.

Yea it is the computer hardware to a certain extent. But its most likely optimization. Chances are most killboxes arent optimized at all.

yea but killboxes can only be optimized so much. Take a box, throw some props in, and bam you're about as optimizied as possible.

That's what I'm talking about. Keep pulling off that high-quality work and this map will be a classic

lol, that just doesn't make sense, how could you optimize a box better? thats the lowest amount of polygons possible

ps, if you want to place your map on my site, like donny did, just make an account and i'll send you the admin url.

Actually, the map with the fewest polygons possible would be the inside of a tetrahedron (3-sided pyramid)

Looking better and better, BumGravy. The only thing I have issues with is the rectangular wall block in this shot:

Curve it off, add some dimension or something.. it just seems out of place with your otherwise fluid and sexy architecture.

well some really new level desingners do thingd like, extremley unnecessairy larg skyboxes, dont deselect item once its cut so they get 4 items instead of 3, not using nodraw. Making cirves and leaving them as brushes w/o nodraw.

anyways, il look into the site thing
