Well, they are going to release a Server Installer or zip
Installed it or zip it over the old files and that's pretty much it, but you need to make back ups of Server.cfg/valve.rc/ban_users.cfg/ban_ip.cfg/gameinfo.txt/maplist.txt/motd.txt
and I think that is it
