Yeah, it's quite the pickle. I really like how this map is turning out and have a great idea for the cap, but I need to either redo a lot of the map or turn things into models (something I haven't tried yet).

I got three suggestions if you like them, great!... if not, great!
The map still looks great.

1) Torch2 water entrance always sucked. It felt odd in the design and although it provided a safer entry, it took too long. I'd suggest icing over the water holes or snowing over them or just removing them from the design. Not sure what your plans were.

2) I for one think the kill on cap should be a kill anyone on entry. It'd prevent HWs from sitting in the pot. And you could do a cool slow delayed death. Use a func_platform to lower them slowly into the liquid... add a screaming sound... put in a func_push so they cant jump out... and maybe even some flames like openfire. I think it'd be hilarious to see the defenders fall in occasionally.

3) The spawn locations in Torch were always bad cause of spam... primarily the spy gas which could eat through the floor into the the spawns. The spawns would almost work better anywhere but where they originally were. Or maybe if you took off the doors and could put up a nogrenade zone inside the spawns.
