I believe it's 1 and that's been in place for decades. It's one of the reason you see so many girl children murdered or aborted. China has far bigger problems looking on their horizon if they don't straighten out their act. Their industrial wasteland will make Love Canal look like a polluted puddle in a parking lot.

i dont think it would be nice, since they got quite crazy laws. only 3 hours mmorpg per day and shit. I mean thats none of anyone else business what the hell i do at home, im all for being red but thats to far.

How can this not be a technical issue? Does New York have enough fresh water springs to sustain it's population? Does Chicago? Hell no. They use technical solutions to filter and clean the water and use it over and over again. If water is in short supply, increase production. Why could this not be the case all over the world? 75% of the globe is covered in water, creating fresh water from salt water is easy, to say that there is a shortage of it due to overpopulation makes no sense.
