I had a friend that made a CS:S map a year or two ago with that exact system talked about. 4 bomb sites and two are availabe randomly each round, paths are blocked off randomly at the start of each round too.

Yeah, and that was only because Q3 didn't get as big as HL online. Ugh. CS would be so much better if the devs incorporated some of the ideas from Urban Terror. :\
