Mostly I'm just surprised that all these people complaining about not being in the closed beta have cropped up all at once. There's people posting in a ton of different threads that haven't figured out that the beta has started, and they're just not in it.

if i believe correctly all the playtesting you're going on about is being done by the dev team themselves...i don't think this is quite akin to a beta, even a closed one at that.

and if a closed beta has started, i think a short news post would be in order?

My comment wasn't directed at you. Nor was it directed at anyone in particular. I'm sure you can see how several members and devs are getting tired of hearing about the beta over... and over... and over... and over.

Do you think the devs are incompetent? If they had something to post, THEY WOULD. And furthermore, I'm sure they'd appreciate it if you'd refrain from comparing their development cycle to another's. Its just annoying. They're not Quake 4 Fortress and they never will be.

And btw, there are better ways to get my point across but its much funner this way. DUMBASS. Yes... that time I was saying it to you.

Idk why I'm posting thi sin here, I know it will just get lost, but here it goes.

I would like the see the scout, spy, and engi (and what ever else you have finished) models up close. Every time there is an update they just update the maps and not the player/weapons part of the media page. That kinda makes the player models hard to pic out.

Actually, I believe that a number of people in the past have offered to send some money out, but the Dev team said something along the lines of 'we aint in it for the moneys'.

I think a compromise was made at having an idea of a beer fund being set up, but the idea never took off.
