i put your files (from the zip), and my version of the qc, in sourcesdk_content/modelsrc/nez

then i dragged the qc file from there, and dropped it on studiomdl.exe that lives in sourcesdk/bin/

i'm off out today, but if you try that ^ and still have problems, i'll see what i can do when i get a chance.

k, i read through the thread and found the name that you wanted the model to be, and compiled another version of it, along with fence b. same place/name as the last one.

and it might be that i gave you a bum steer when i said to put the files into sourcesdk_content/modelsrc/nez
it should really have been sourcesdk_content/generic/modelsrc/nez

oh, and i edited out the phys model, as i couldn't be arsed with the hassle of fixing a new one in milkshape. the smoothing group error was making a shitty shaped physbox. clip brushes will do just fine anyway.

Waugh! Thank you!

Damn I wish I could get these to work myself but with your help I may finally be able to put the finishing touches on this one map.

And the models are non-solid and clipped over anyway in my map so it's not a problem.
