How many of you hated previous versions, came back, and loved 2.0? PART 2! - Page 2

I have to say that i loved all versions of the game. The only bad thing was the fact that server owners didnt have the proper maps and such. YOu kept getting class table errors and such. Or the ever popular error, Disconnected: Map does not match servers. I loved that one..

FF 2.0 is my favourite version so far. Scout jump pads = fun.

You guys should have played with the Mancannon when it was being tested. Holy shit was that fun!! They have been severely nerf'd compared to what it was originally.
It was quite possible to conc with the pad from the start of Palermo to cap point 3.

Why do you speak as if you know what you are talking about?
Here's an example of bunnyhopping in q1, it's more or less the same physics behaviour as seen in half-life and its various mods.

You can bunnyhop in the original quake sp as well, there's no youtube videos of it that I could find. Just download the shareware version and try for yourself, it shouldn't be hard to figure out if you know how to do it in TFC.
