Whatever those came from is not real. I have read the entire 21 book series of The New Jedi Order, all about the Solo children Jacen, Jaina and Anakin. The first book in the series kills off Chewie, and the 8th or 9th kills off Anakin. And the threat of these books are a race of aliens known as the Yuuzhan Vong, who are from OUTSIDE the galaxy. Jacen becomes the strongest Jedi of all. There is also a Jedi Planet called Zonoma Sekot, which manifests itself to people as someone they love. And it looks like little Anakin Skywalker to Luke (that was cool i thought). And apparently Anakin had visited the planet early in his Jedi Training, when he was a small blond hair blue eyed boy. The books are GREAT, i recommend them to anyone who wants to learn more about the Star Wars universe.

Along the line of Books there's also a novel called "Rogue Planet" that takes place, "chronologically" between Episode 1 and 2. It has a couple of events in it that better flesh out the missteps that turn Anakin down the wrong path.

To be honest;
I want Lucas to Sell the star wars rights to Steven Spielburgh, and then erase episodes 1,2 and 3 from my memory. At which point, Spielburgh will remake them, and the will not suck. They will, in fact, be glorious. That is all. |

Saw EP3 tonight. Was disappointed. I agree with Lucas selling the rights. I think he's been smoking something wrapped in his own press...

So you can see for yourself, take a look at the authors: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...659737-1269449 http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...659737-1269449 http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...659737-1269449 http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...659737-1269449 http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...659737-1269449 These authors fill in the gaps that Lucas leaves out. Or doesnt feel like writing. But as i have stated before, Lucas approves all Offical EU material. So what your saying is that all these are not "canon" and not in the SW Universe, because Lucas did not pen them out completely? Lucas never even wrote 1-2-3 until he had to, he had all of this in his head, but he never wrote scripts OR stories. |

I think the funniest part of the movie was when Anakin (then Darth Vader) returned to the Jedi Temple and went into that room with the "Younglings". I was the only person in the theater laughing when I realized what he was going to do. Does that make me a bad person?

Huh... I guess my point is that Lucas said: "I barely pay any attention to what the books, comics and video games say or do." (to paraphrase) and "The Movies are the factual events of the series surrounding the Skywalkers, and nothing else." (Paraphrasing). Go to the supershadow website, read all of the interviews, content and otherwise and you'll see where I am coming from...
voipme: No it doesn't. Humor is an interrupted defense mechanism, prevalent in males. Hence: joking about something that is either unfamiliar or uncomfortable with you is a way of dealing with reality. Things I didn't like: Vader's "Nooooo!", cheesy lines. Things I liked: Action sequences, especially Sidious and Yoda. |

Yeah that Nooooooooooo! sounded so fake it was funny, I agree I almost laughed to.
The shaking of the surroundings was more then adequate to express his dissmay at Padmé's demise. Could have ended it with him falling to his knees or something. Would have been more dramatic and less cheesy. |

I saw it and my expectations were pretty high cuz everyone said how good it was, it was better than 1 and 2 that's for sure, but not as good as I thought. I have a few complaints thought.
The begining of the movie was kinda weird and different with those talking droids (why do they talk now?) but there was fighting and funny stuff, I kinda liked it. General Grievous, I went in expecting him to be a total badass (I guess cuz he looked it and I watched the Clone Wars animated series where he was killed some Jedi with no problem) and he was kinda goofy it seemed like. His voice was alright, sometimes it sounded weird though, and WHY DID HE COUGH!! That was retarded, I have no respect for a coughing alien-droid. When Anakin said to Padme we could rule the galaxy together, I started laughing ALOT! The only one in the theater laughing too. Don't know why, oh well, good times. About Darth Vader saying "NOOOOOOO!" I actually thought it was going to be lame (cuz I read he did that) but it wasn't THAT bad. He should of just said "ARRGHH!" or something. I thought the Wookies would have a bigger part, but it there wasn't much there. Kinda like this paragraph (if you can call it that). And then the ending battle, I was expecting something a little better. I dont know maybe it was the Theaters fault, wasn't cold enough, wasn't loud enough, and it was packed. It was still good though (I know it dosn't sound like it) but it was. |

I sat in Episode III waiting for him to take out his four lighsabers and doing some of the moves he did in the "AS". He seemed quite cowardly in EpIII, as opposed to the berserk Jedi-reaper he was in the AS. Quote:

Fallacy, the Droids got a firmware update and expanded vocabulary from "ROGER ROGER!"
Anakin should have fired off a tear-jerking "D'OH!" |
