Does hlstats base map popularity on overall votes for a map, individual voting percentages, or just on the number of people in the server as on time? How does it handle the rating of a map based on others that are also up for a vote? Will it take into account how long you've had a map when comparing others, or is it only a 24 hour period? Haven't used HLStats in years...
