yes, this. I bought my first gun from a gun show recently. I don't know the details (private sale or something) but I had to fill out on small form, they call something and go over it, probably a simple background check. took like 10 minutes max. Paid and walked out. Was the same for both a long rifle and handgun. Still a liberal though.
