It seems like a lot in writing, but it's not that much. The lag stuff does more than just that, though, and can be used a multitude of ways. Two programs that can't be tracked

What happened?

Edit: What I linked wasn't a hack. It's a windows program made by microsoft used to help with lag in online gaming. It's mainly used by people who can only play with others who live across the pond.

Simply because it can be used to emulate fake lag doesn't mean it shouldn't be known by everyone. You can tell who's using it in game if you know what kind of ping they get.
