I notice a lot of snipers these days don't charge their shots until they see someone, so as to not let the enemy be aware of the red trace.

hmm ... if he repeats that performace, then i'd say: too good to be real. I have seen this perfomace in qwtf where the sniper-class was much stronger. But you dont know ... a really good player who has a good day, with a fine ping and no enemy sniper keeping him honest and no enemy solis/pyros camping him ... well maybe ... need demo

Exactly. There is no way to conclude anything based on stats alone. You can suspect, but cannot conclude. Every ban for cheating on my servers is backed up with a supporting demo. I don't care how flagrant someone is. No demo = no ban.

I use custom models on that server. Nothing spiked, but my conc is a tennisball.

Erm, to ban a cheater on just text or because others say he's cheating is a real no-go in my eyes.

I know you have scuzztools pretty customized but have you tried this plug in yet scuzzy? It blocks the message when an admin goes to spectate. I'll be running it as soon as I update to 1.7 and 1.1.

We block when they enter, but not when they change teams... something I've been meaning to hook for a while, just doing other things. It's only a few lines of code... but something I'll probably do today.

I have heard that, but it seems to work pretty well:

We just added the 'blood gibs" thing to the whitelist last night, so that one shouldn't kick people anymore.

Yes, it looks like it got fixed recently. Yesterday I had to restore the normal player models since I got an error when connecting to the server. Didn't happen like 4 days ago =o

What's the fishthing-cheat? That .vtf is used by the conc effect, or so I am told.
